First two numbers are the model code 3A = XL - XLH-1000. 4A = XLCH-1000. 1970 was the first year they stamped the frame with numbers too. See attached. # 34 & 35 are your hoses to the filter and IIRC they are flexible. #34 is the inlet and #35 is the outlet. Look for a ground on your Neutral lite switch.
