Propane Fuel Tank - The LPG fuel system utilizes a dual cylindrical manifold tank assembly to store the liquid propane autogas. - The tank is fitted with a pressure relief valve (PRV) that will open if tank pressure exceeds 312 psi. - ASME certified tanks are rated for the life of the vehicle. Using the Propane Leak Detector tool (D540), check all fuel system fittings and fuel injectors for propane autogas leaks. If the Propane Leak Detector tool determines there is a leak, use a soap-and-water mixture to find the exact location of the leak. Repair any leaks before continuing. The ROUSH CleanTech liquid propane autogas fuel system, as designed for the 2009 and newer Ford E-450 cutaway, will utilize a dual manifold tank and occupies the same vehicle package envelop as the OEM gasoline tank that it replaces.
