Replacing these things are a huge PITA. I refuse to believe that it's normal for these belts to bust as often as they are. Anyone have tips on installing these belts correctly? The painfully vague youtube vids I've watched show me nothing that I couldn't figure out myself. I bought this mower used, but it's in great shape. I'm thinking about taking it to a Deere dealership, the only thing I can think of is perhaps one or more of those pulleys are out of alignment. Long story short, I need to replace my JDx354 riding mower engine. It is a Kawasaki, model number FS600V-BS21-R according to label on the engine. Anyone know where to source a replacement?
